Hey Chris, You know the Bible tells us we have to "die to ourselves" daily. It isn't a one shot deal where we resist temptation and it never comes back. That's why it is so important to read your Bible every day and pray especially when you know you will be faced with temptation. You don't just eat once a day and it sustains you.
